Indoors, relax in the luxurious lounge with large view windows, use Ocean Spray’s laptops and complimentary WiFi, browse the onboard library or dine on fine regional cuisine in the dining room (buffet breakfast and lunch, plated dinner), also with a view. Crew and guides include the captain, a bilingual Galapagos National Park naturalist guide, a quality control manager and eight other crew (first mate, chef, sous chef, engineer, assistant engineer, sailor, barman, housekeeper). All equipment aboard Ocean Spray meets or exceeds the international SOLAS standard; satellite phone is available.
Activities Aboard Ocean Spray
Snorkeling gear and wetsuits are available for use aboard Ocean Spray, as are walking sticks, 4 double kayaks and 2 stand-up paddleboards for further exploring the Galapagos Islands up close, off ship. Daily excursions with naturalist guides include hikes to view points and along beaches. Also available on board are yoga mats, kettlebells, dumbbells, binoculars and a laser pointer for stargazing.

Sustainability Aboard Ocean Spray
All guests aboard Ocean Spray travel knowing their carbon emissions are offset through CanopyCo, an Ecuadorian-based organization managed by local and European professionals dedicated to reforesting Ecuador’s native forests for the benefit of the climate, the local community and, of course, Ecuador’s phenomenal flora and fauna. Ocean Spray’s entire operation has been included in the offsets, from the fuel used by the engines on board the catamaran to the bus rides its staff take to work. Ocean Spray is also one of the main supporters of the Simon Bolivar Volunteer Program, which helps to find and place volunteers into worthy projects throughout Ecuador and Galapagos. Cabins & Deck Plan Aboard Ocean Spray
Ocean Spray features 8 double staterooms and 1 single stateroom, all with private balconies, a private bathroom and a panoramic picture window. There are 4 double staterooms each on the Main Deck and the Upper Deck. In addition, there is 1 single stateroom of 194 square feet on the Upper Deck, which is is available for an odd-numbered group. There is a sofa bed in one stateroom for children under 12 years old traveling with their parents. Amenities include Ecuadorian-sourced, organic Oilosophy bathroom products; hair dryers, safety deposit boxes, air conditioning, a dressing table, and one pair of binoculars per stateroom. Electrical outlets are 110/220v.
