We are thrilled to announce that AdventureSmith Explorations has been recognized as one of Outside Magazine’s 2024 Best Places to Work, securing number 20 among 50 other companies on the list.
This annual award recognizes U.S.-based companies that create an exceptional workplace where employees thrive and are inspired to embrace their love for the outdoors. The recognition is based on a comprehensive two-part survey process that evaluates workplace policies, benefits, and culture, alongside anonymous employee feedback about their personal experiences working at the organization.
“I am proud to call AdventureSmith not just a company, but a community. And it is an honor to be recognized among so many other inspiring workplaces,” says Todd Smith, founder and president of AdventureSmith Explorations. “We’ve always known that our people are our most valuable asset, and Outside’s recognition is a testament to what we’ve worked hard to foster over the past two decades.”
This honor wouldn’t be possible without the incredible staff and management who make AdventureSmith feel like more than just a job. So to our team: Thank you for sharing your voice and helping us achieve this milestone.
