The 5-day southbound Kontiki Pura Vida cruise begins and ends in San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO). Plan flights to arrive to San Jose ahead of Day 1 of the itinerary. Activities

Whether you are looking for light activity options or more challenging outdoor pursuits, the ship’s crew can tailor most excursions to suit your skill level. Adventure activities may include rendezvous diving (added cost with all gear provided by third party, see Exclusions), hiking, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, inflatable boat/skiff excursions, photography, cultural tours, land treks and wildlife observation.

Room Configuration

Select double-occupancy cabins may be available for single occupancy at a special single rate—see Rates & Dates for details.

Children 5-12 years old at time of travel receive 15% off the double occupancy rate (applies when sharing a cabin with one or two adults, or when two children occupy an interconnecting cabin). For individual bookings, it is recommended that children be at least 6 years old. Child discount still applies during holidays.
